Nina Barton serves as Chief Executive Officer of Vytalogy Wellness (Vytalogy), a modern wellness company that fuses science and quality ingredients to create highly-efficacious products that make a transformative impact on consumers’ lives. In this role, Nina is responsible for leading the company’s more than 600 employees and driving the strategy and growth of its award-winning vitamin and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas.
A respected leader in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, Nina has an impressive track record for developing and accelerating the growth of well-known and respected consumer brands. Prior to joining Vytalogy, she spent more than 10 years in leadership positions across various categories at The Kraft Heinz Company (Kraft). Most recently, she served as their Global Chief Growth Officer and was responsible for leading their global strategy, including eCommerce, R&D, and marketing. Before joining Kraft in 2011, Nina held numerous marketing and leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal and Procter & Gamble.
Nina received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
Aaron Bennett serves as Chief Research & Development (R&D) and Quality Officer of Vytalogy Wellness. In this role, Aaron leads Vytalogy’s research and development to drive innovation across the business and deliver exceptional products for its award-winning vitamin, mineral, and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas. He also oversees all aspects of product development including packaging, quality assurance and safety.
Aaron has more than 25 years of expertise working in product development, quality assurance and food safety at both the corporate and factory-operation level. Prior to joining Vytalogy, he served as Senior Vice President R&D, Quality Assurance and Food Safety at Curation Foods, a natural, plant-based foods company. He also worked as Head of R&D at Kraft Heinz and held various R&D leadership roles at HJ Heinz Company.
Aaron received his MBA from Robert Morris University and his Bachelor of Science - Food Science and Technology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Brooke Coffey serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Vytalogy Wellness. Guided by the company’s mission and values, Brooke is responsible for the full human capital agenda, including employee well-being, talent acquisition, change management, organization development, and total rewards.
Since joining the company in 2021, Brooke has played a pivotal role in helping to bring together the company’s award-winning vitamin, mineral, and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas, under the new Vytalogy Wellness company.
Brooke brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience to the team, with knowledge across all functional areas of business. Most recently, Brooke served as Vice President, Human Resources at Polaris, a Fortune 500 company, where he held numerous roles over his 18-year tenure supporting the company’s aggressive growth strategy.
Brooke received his MBA from Colorado State University and bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
Tanaz F. Dietz serves as Chief Legal Officer of Vytalogy Wellness. In this role, Tanaz leads Vytalogy’s legal team, advising on and managing legal matters for the entire enterprise. She also oversees all regulatory functions for the company and its award-winning vitamin, mineral and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas.
Tanaz has over a decade of legal experience, advising on complex business and legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, as well as new product strategy and development. Prior to joining Vytalogy, Tanaz served as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Empyrean Capital Partners, a multibillion-dollar investment manager. She also previously worked as a corporate attorney for Proskauer Rose LLP.
Tanaz studied law at Washington University in St. Louis and received her bachelor's degree from Cornell University.
Al Moss, Jr. serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer of Vytalogy Wellness. Al leads the company's operations and supply chain management, and is responsible for planning, logistics, manufacturing, customer distribution, warehousing, and contract manufacturing for the company’s award-winning vitamin, mineral and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas.
Al has over 20 years of leadership experience with an expertise in supply chain management across a wide variety of industries, including consumer goods and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Vytalogy, he served as Global Vice President of Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing at PCI Pharma Services where he was responsible for the supply chain and strategic sourcing functions of 25 manufacturing sites across six continents. Al also spent more than ten years working in senior operations and management positions at Coty, BP, MillerCoors and Procter & Gamble Corporation.
Al holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa, a Master of Professional Studies from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Science from North Carolina A&T State University. He is currently studying for a Doctorate of Business Administration at Temple University.
Rick Stuhr serves as Chief Strategy & Integration Officer of Vytalogy Wellness. In this role, Rick leads strategic planning and business integration as well as the IT function for Vytalogy’s award-winning vitamin, mineral and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas. He is responsible for ensuring connectivity and productivity across all of the company’s operations.
Rick has more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing and branding. Before joining Vytalogy, he served as Vice President, Strategy, for Lancaster Colony Corporation. Prior to that, Rick worked in strategic planning, marketing and branding across the food and beverage industry at Hostess Brands LLC, Kraft Foods Group, Nestlé Dreyer’s Ice Cream Company, HJ Heinz Company and Anheuser-Busch Companies.
Rick holds an MBA from Washington University-Olin School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pittsburgh State University.
Hanan Wajih serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Vytalogy Wellness. Hanan leads Vytalogy’s worldwide marketing efforts across all product segments for the company’s award-winning vitamin, mineral and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas. She is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of brand strategy, demand generation and the end-to-end integrated brand experience.
An accomplished and data-driven brand builder, Hanan is responsible for some of the most influential trends in beauty and wellness. Prior to joining Vytalogy, she worked at Vogue International as Head of Marketing. During that time, Hanan led the rebranding of the OGX hair care brand and executed one of the most successful campaigns in the category. Prior to Vogue International, she served in various marketing leadership positions across the Johnson & Johnson organization working with iconic brands including Johnson’s Baby, Band-Aid and Neutrogena/Roc. Hanan has served in marketing roles around the globe for brands including Clinique, Coca-Cola, Luxottica and more.
In 2015, Hanan was recognized on Brand Innovators’ 40 under 40 and in 2009, she earned a Silver Effie Award for her work on the "Cover The Ones You Love" campaign.
Hanan earned her MBA in Global Brand Management at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and graduated from Alfred University with a BS in International Business and French.
Nate Willits serves as Chief Financial Officer of Vytalogy Wellness. In this role, Nate leads Vytalogy’s operational expansion and implementation of financial systems, processes, policies and procedures to support the growth of the company and its award-winning vitamin, mineral and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas.
Nate has over 25 years of finance and accounting leadership experience with a focus on operations and strategy. Prior to joining Vytalogy, he served as Chief Financial Officer for American Nuts, LLC and Direct Pack Inc., both high-growth manufacturing and distribution businesses. He also previously worked in senior finance leadership positions at Dreamworks Animation SKG and Fox Mobile Group, a division of News Corporation.
Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and is a licensed C.P.A.
Barry Witte serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Vytalogy Wellness. Barry leads sales for Vytalogy’s award-winning vitamin, mineral and supplement brands, Natrol and Jarrow Formulas. He is responsible for optimizing the organization’s sales and marketing efforts and overseeing its revenue pipelines, market share growth and brand exposure while maximizing operating margin and net income.
Barry has over 35 years of experience building brands in the consumer products and packaged goods industry. Before joining Vytalogy, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for NutraNext, a manufacturer, distributor and marketer of dietary and nutritional supplement products owned by The Clorox Company. He also worked in senior sales and marketing positions at Focus Products Group, HAAN Corporation, Spectrum Brands Holding, James River Corporation, General Mills Inc., and The Pillsbury Company.
Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from The University of Alabama.
